Drug Enforcement Act - Directs the Attorney General to establish Special Drug Forces in the Department of Justice composed of law enforcement personnel and special United States attorneys.
Declares the duty of the drug forces to be to assist States and local governments in which there is an unusually large amount of drug trafficking and whose law enforcement and criminal justice system is unable to effectively prosecute violators of the Controlled Substances Act.
