A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to increase the penalties for persons convicted of committing a felony with or while unlawfully carrying a firearm.

Amends the Gun Control Act of 1968 to (1) increase the penalty for using or carrying a firearm during the commission of a Federal felony and (2) prohibit suspended or probationary sentences for anyone convicted under this provision of the Act.
