A bill to amend title XVIII of the Social Security Act to provide that podiatrists shall be treated as "physicians" for certification and related purposes under the medicare program the same as doctors of medicine, and to provide coverage under the supplementary medical insurance program for the cutting and removal of warts.

Includes the cutting and removal of warts when done as routine foot care in the coverage provided under the Medicare supplementary medical insurance program.
