A bill to provide that any food which contains more than 0.02 part per million of polybrominated biphenyl shall be deemed to be adulterated for purposes of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Deems any food containing more than .02 parts per million of polybrominated byphenyl adulterated for purposes of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Prohibits any State from establishing or enforcing a standard less stringent than the standard established by this Act.
