A bill to amend the Social Security Act to make certain that recipients of supplemental security income benefits, recipients of aid to families with dependent children, and recipients of assistance or benefits under the veterans' pension and compensation programs and certain other Federal and federally assisted programs will not have the amount of such benefits, aid, or assistance reduced because of post-1974 increases in monthly social security benefits.

Amends the Social Security Act to provide that there shall be no reduction in benefits, aid, or assistance in the following programs because of post-1974 cost-of-living increases in monthly social security benefits: (1) Old-age, survivors, and disability insurance; (2) aid to families with dependent children; (3) Veterans' Pension Act of 1959; (4) food stamp program; (5) low-income housing under the United States Housing Act of 1937; or (6) any other aid or assistance in any form under a Federal program, or a State or local program financed in whole or in part with Federal funds.
