A bill to amend the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to provide that occupants have priority in the purchase of surplus Government housing.

Amends the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949 to require that any housing which is surplus government property must first be offered for sale to the occupants thereof when such property is being disposed of.
