A bill to amend title 28 of the United States Code to provide for prompt destruction of certain contraband.

Declares all forged, altered, or counterfeit coins or currency and all illegally possessed dangerous drugs contraband and subject to seizure and summary forfeiture to the United States.

Directs that all such contraband in the possession of the United States be immediately destroyed except where essential for purposes of law enforcement or criminal proceedings.
