A bill to provide for the establishment of a national cemetery in the State of South Carolina.

Authorizes and directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to establish a national cemetery in the state of South Carolina, at or near the city of Columbia if desirable and practical. Authorizes the transfer of surplus federally owned lands for a site for such cemetery, or in the alternative the acquisition of such lands as the Administrator judges to be suitable.
