A bill to authorize the Secretary of the Interior to construct, operate and maintain a hydroelectric powerplant as an addition to the existing Monticello Dam, Solano Project, California, under Federal Reclamation Laws.

Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to construct a hydroelectric plant at Monticello Dam, California. Authorizes the appropriation of $8,000,000 for such construction and the appropriation of such sums as may be necessary for the operation and maintenance of the powerplant.
