A bill to amend the Controlled Substances Act to provide penalties for persons who obtain or attempt to obtain narcotics or other controlled substances from a retail pharmacy by force and violence.

Amends the Controlled Substances Act of 1977 to set forth penalties for (1) breaking and entering a pharmacy with intent to unlawfully obtain a controlled substance and (2) obtaining, or attempting to obtain, a controlled substance from a pharmacy by force or violence.
