A bill to exclude certain members of the staff of a permanent foreign diplomatic mission, and their families and servants, from diplomatic immunity from criminal and civil process.

Restricts diplomatic immunity, with respect to the personnel of a permanent foreign diplomatic mission, to (1) the head of the mission and the head's immediate family, and (2) two staff members of the mission with diplomatic rank and their immediate families after the names of such staff members have been transmitted to the Secretary of State.
