A bill to provide a penalty for unlawful assault upon policemen, firemen, and other law enforcement personnel.

Makes it a Federal crime for any person to assault or kill any firefighter or law enforcement officer on account of such firefighter's or officer's performance of duty.

Specifies penalties for the commission of such acts.

Stipulates that any person (1) conspiring to commit an offense in violation of this Act or (2) transporting or aiding in transporting, or receiving or aiding in receiving, in interstate commerce any dangerous weapon knowing or intending that it will be used to commit an act in violation of this Act shall be punished the same as a person committing such an Act.
