Natural Gas Resources Commission Act - Establishes a Commission on Natural Gas Resources to study the production, distribution, and consumption of natural gas in the United States. Empowers the Commission to conduct hearings and issue and enforce subpoenas.
Directs the Commission to transmit an interim report within six months of the initial appropriation for its activities. Requires the issuance of a final report within one year of the initial appropriation. Stipulates that the Commission shall cease to exist 60 days after transmission of its final report.
