A bill to extend for an additional temporary period the existing suspension of duties on certain classifications of yarns of silk.
Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to extend until June 30, 1980, the suspension of customs duties on yarns of noncontinuous silk fibers.
Amends the Internal Revenue Code to delete from the amount of Federal excise tax charged to communications companies, that part of such amount which is attributable to State and local excise taxes on the furnishing or sale of such services, if the amount is separately stated in the bill.
