Sugar Disclosure Labeling Act - Requires, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, that any packaged food containing sugar prominently display a declaration of such fact on its label if the sugar provides at least ten percent of the total number of calories in such food.
Excludes fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, and alcoholic beverages from the requirement imposed by this Act.
