A bill to prohibit the expenditure of Federal funds by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to promote the fluoridation of public water supplies.

Directs that no part of any funds appropriated, or otherwise available, for expenditure by the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare shall be expended to promote the fluoridation of public water supplies.
