A bill to reaffirm the national public policy and the purposes of Congress in enacting the Robinson-Patman Antiprice Discrimination Act entitled " An Act to amend section 2 of the act entitled 'An Act to supplement existing laws against unlawful restraints and monopolies, approved October 15, 1914, as amended (U.S.C., title 15 sec. 13)," and to clarify the intent and meaning of the aforesaid law by providing for the mandatory nature of functional discounts under certain circumstances.
