A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to provide that the marriage or remarriage of an adult beneficiary shall not terminate his or her entitlement to benefits or reduce the amount thereof.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to provide that the remarriage of a widow or widower shall not terminate his or her entitlement to widow's or widower's insurance benefits or reduce the amount thereof. Stipulates that the benefits of a child of an individual entitled to benefits shall not be terminated upon marriage of such child if such child is disabled.
