A bill to amend title 18, United States Code, to increase the penalties imposed for using a firearm to commit a felony or carrying a firearm unlawfully during the commission of a felony.

Revises the additional penalty imposed upon persons convicted of committing a felony with the use of, or while illegally carrying, a firearm.

Prohibits reduction of or granting parole with respect to, a term of imprisonment so imposed.
