A bill to amend title XVI of the Social Security Act to make needed improvements with regard to the attribution of parents' income and resources to children.

Amends Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act to eliminate the present definition of child. Removes references to "child" in determining income for purposes of benefits.
