A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to increase the sentences for certain gun-related offenses and to extend the mandatory nature of such sentences to certain additional gun-related offenses.

Amends provisions imposing additional penalties upon persons committing Federal felonies with the use of, or while illegally carrying, a firearm to increase minimum sentences thereunder and to prohibit a suspended or probationary sentence with respect to a first conviction.
