A bill to provide for determination through judicial proceedings of claims for compensation on account of disability or death resulting from disease or injury incurred or aggravated in line of duty while serving in the active military or naval service, including those who served during peacetime.

Allows an action to be brought in United States district court in the event of a disagreement with respect to any claim for compensation under any law administered by the Veterans' Administration on account of disability or death incurred or aggravated in line of duty while serving in the active military or naval service.
