A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to make certain changes in the retired serviceman's family protection plan and the survivor benefit plan as authorized by chapter 73 of that title.

Requires an increase in the annuities payable under the Retired Serviceman's Family Protection Plan to spouses or children of deceased members of the armed forces who died before March 20, 1974, whenever retired or retainer pay is increased to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index. Makes such adjustments retroactive for retired or retainer pay adjustments since September 21, 1972.

Makes adjustments regarding eligibility and the amounts payable under the Survivor Benefit Plan of the armed forces.
