A bill to amend the Uniform Time Act of 1966, as amended, to extend the length of time during which daylight saving time is observed.

Amends the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to establish the first Sunday of February as the starting date, and the first Sunday after the first Monday of November as the ending date of daylight saving time.
