A bill to amend the Clean Air Act to authorize assistance to States for purposes of reducing asbestos levels in the interior of school buildings.

Amends the Clean Air Act to authorize the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to make grants to States to defray costs incurred in reducing asbestos levels in the interior of school buildings.

Stipulates that grants under this Act shall not exceed 90 percent nor be less than 75 percent of the total costs as determined by the Administrator. Requires that funds be allotted to the States on the basis of population, geographic area, and other relevant factors.
