A bill to modify the river navigation project for Yazoo River, Miss.

Requires the Secretary of the Army, acting through the Corps of Engineers, to alter the Shepherdstown Bridge as part of the river navigation project for Yazoo River, Mississippi. Authorizes the appropriation of not more than $3,000,000 to alter such bridge.
