Big Thicket National Preserve Act - Grants the United States Government the right to immediate possession of specified real property within the units of the Big Thicket National Preserve. Makes provisions for the rendering of just compensation for such lands. Permits the Secretary of the Interior, in his discretion, to initiate eminent domain proceedings against improved property if such lands are subject to uses which are detrimental to the stated purposes of this Act.
