Directs the Secretary of the Interior to extend to July 23, 1981, specified oil and gas leases committed to the Unit Agreement for the Development of the Pacific Creek Unit II Area, Wyoming.
Raises the annual rental from fifty cents per acre to $5.00 per acre for the first year of the extended term, and $2.00 for each year thereafter. Authorizes the Secretary to impose specific conditions to insure prompt development of such lease, and provide for termination of the leases if there is a violation of such conditions. Prohibits the extension of such leases by segregation or exclusion from a unit plan.
