A bill to amend the Interstate Commerce Act by including independent owner-operator truckers as an exempted class under section 203(b) of that Act.

Amends the Interstate Commerce Act to include owner operated motor vehicles as an exempt class under such Act. Prohibits such drivers from collecting any fare lower than the lowest fare specified in their tariffs filed with the Interstate Commerce Commission.
