A bill to authorize reduced fare transportation on airlines, railroads, vessels, and buses for persons who have attained the age of 65.

Amends the Federal Aviation Act of 1958 to authorize reduced air fares on a space-available basis to individuals 65 years of age or older. Amends the Interstate Commerce Act to authorize common carriers subject to such Act to offer reduced fares on a space-available basis for such individuals.
