A bill to limit the imposition of trade embargoes.
Economic War Powers Act - Requires the President to consult Congress prior to imposing a trade embargo against any country. Terminates such embargo 60 days after its imposition, unless terminated sooner by the President or by the Congress through concurrent resolution.
