A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code in order to provide for greater penalties for persons convicted of conspiring to commit any offense against the United States or to defraud the United States.

Revises the penalty for conspiring to defraud or to commit an offense against the United States to (1) increase the maximum fine; (2) set forth a separate maximum fine for corporations; and (3) repeal imprisonment as a possible punishment.
