A bill to authorize the Attorney General to exchange criminal record information with certain State and local agencies.

Grants access to criminal records in the custody of the Attorney General to non-law enforcement officials and agencies of any State or city if the laws or regulations of such jurisdiction authorize or require such official or agency to acquire criminal record information in the performance of duty.
