A bill to create a public works program for the purpose of reducing unemployment.
Public Works Employment Act - Directs the President or his delegate to prepare a comprehensive program of public works to make grants to States to aid the financing of any public works project included in the program and to develop a formula for determining the Federal contribution to each such project based in part on National, State, and local unemployment rates.
