A bill to amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to provide a limitation of 2 years on civil actions brought to prevent unlawful employment practices.

Amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to set the statute of limitations with respect to actions brought by the Attorney General or the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission under the equal employment opportunities provisions thereof at two years after 30 days following the expiration of certain reference periods.
