Authorizes the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to pay for medical services and treatment for any physical illness suffered by a United States citizen or permanent resident, which is directly attributable to the atomic bomb explosions on Japan in August 1945.
States that this Act applies only to medical services provided in the United States on or after the date of the enactment of this Act.
