A bill to make requirements with respect to the disclosure of marital status the same for men and women in matters relating to voting qualifications in Federal elections.

Prohibits any person acting under color of law, in determining whether any individual is qualified under State law to vote in any Federal election, to require individuals of one sex to disclose their marital status if the same disclosure is not required of individuals of the opposite sex.
