A bill to amend the Tariff Schedules of the United States to increase the personal exemption of miscellaneous articles imported by a resident returning from American Samoa, Guam, or the Virgin Islands to $400 and to increase the personal exemption of alcoholic beverages imported by a resident returning from American Samoa, Guam, or the Virgin Islands to 1 1/5 wine gallons.
