A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to remove the earnings limitation and to permit benefit payments to a widower, parent, or child despite his or her marriage if such marriage is annulled.

Amends Title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to remove the limitation on the amount of outside income which an individual may earn while receiving benefits under such title. Allows benefit payments to a widower, parent, or child despite that person's marriage if the marriage is annulled.
