A bill to provide that Members of the House of Representatives who are not reelected to the House of Representatives may not travel at public expense.

Prohibits any Member of the House of Representatives from traveling at government expense if such Member has been defeated for reelection to the House, from the date of such defeat until the last day of the term of office which such Member is serving when such defeat occurs or if such Member is otherwise not reelected to the House, after the adjournment sine die of the Congress in which such Member is serving. Sets penalties for violating this Act.
