A bill to increase the maximum amount of aggregate payment which may be made in calendar years after 1976 to carry out conservation agreements under the Water Bank Act.

Amends the Water Bank Act to increase the maximum amount of aggregate payments which may be made by the Secretary of the Interior to owners or operators of eligible wetland areas in calendar years after 1976 from $10,000,000 to $50,000,000.
