A bill to amend chapter 49 of title 10, United States Code, to prohibit union organization in the Armed Forces.

Makes it unlawful for any individual or entity to enroll, or solicit to enroll, any member of the armed forces or National Guard, in any labor organization where the function of such organization is related to membership in the armed forces. Sets forth penalties for violation of this Act. (Adds 10 U.S.C. 975)
