A bill to remove certain criminal penalties as a result of the failure of an individual to answer questions submitted in connection with a census or survey conducted under title 13, United States Code.

Removes specified criminal penalties for individuals who neglect to answer questions submitted in connection with a census. Increases the penalty for individuals who willfully give false answers relating to the individual, to the individual's family or to the farm or farms of which such person or family is the occupant.
