A bill to amend the Public Buildings Act of 1959, as amended.

Amends the Public Buildings Act of 1959 to require the approval of the House of Representatives and Senate Public Works Committees for alterations to leased public buildings when the cost of such alterations is estimated to exceed $250,000.
