A bill to require grazing management of Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge in accordance with the Taylor Grazing Act and the Federal Land Policy and Management Act.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to permit grazing and other private land uses on the Charles M. Russell National Wildlife Refuge, Montana, in accordance with the land management authority granted in the Taylor Grazing Act, the Federal Land Policy Act of 1976, and other applicable law.
