A bill to require the Secretary of the Interior to make a study for purposes of determining which, if any, lands encompassing the Illinois and Michigan Canal would be suitable as a national historical park.

Directs the Secretary of the Interior to conduct a study to determine which, if any, lands encompassing the Illinois and Michigan Canal would be suitable as a national historical park. Requires the Secretary to submit a report of such study to the Congress within one year of the date of enactment of this Act.
