A bill to direct the Secretary of the Treasury to reimburse State and local governments for providing certain protection with respect to certain foreign diplomatic missions located in the United States and with respect to certain foreign officials.

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to reimburse any State or local government expenditure for the protection of: (1) any foreign diplomatic mission in a metropolitan area having 20 or more such missions; and (2) any foreign official who conducts business in such a mission or in a permanent mission to an international organization of which the United States is a member.

Limits the reimbursement for the protection of such missions to expenditures for protective services not routinely provided to other buildings in the area of such mission.
