A bill to authorize the Corps of Engineers to establish and develop separate campgrounds for senior citizens at lakes and reservoirs under the jurisdiction of the Corps and to require that such a campground be established and developed at the Sam Rayburn Dam and Reservoir.

Authorizes the Chief of Engineers to establish and develop separate campgrounds for senior citizens at any lake or reservoir under the jurisdiction of the Army Corps of Engineers where camping is permitted.

Directs the Chief of Engineers to establish and develop a designated tract of land by the Sam Rayburn Dam and Reservoir, Texas, as a separate campground for citizens older than 62 years of age.
