A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to prohibit a Government officer or employee from causing the distribution of slogans or messages with checks or money from the United States.

Establishes criminal penalties for any officer or employee of the United States who causes any slogan, message, or statement (except those relating to charitable contributions or the buying of United States bonds, notes, or securities), which is intended to induce action by the reader, to be distributed with, attached to, or printed on any check, money, or allotment from the United States.
