A bill to authorize the President of the United States to present on behalf of the Congress a specially struck gold medal to Ben Abruzzo, Maxie Anderson, and Larry Newman.

Authorizes the President to present, on behalf of the Congress, gold medals to Ben Abruzzo, Maxie Anderson, and Larry Newman for their distinguished feat as aviation pioneers (first Atlantic balloon crossing).

Authorizes the Secretary of the Treasury to strike and sell bronze replicas of such medals.
